Lime Daiquiri Sorbet

Makes 1 quart
  • 2 1/2 C fresh lime juice (10-12 large limes)
  • grated zest of 3 limes
  • 1 1/3 C sugar
  • 1 C rum
  • 1/2 C water

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade. Freeze in an ice cream maker, following manufacturer's instructions.
