- Preheat oven to 425/a=*. Cut each Yam lengthwise into 8 wedges. You may need to halve especially long wedges crosswise. Brush each wedge with olive oil. In a large bowl, toss with sugar, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Place wedges on a baking sheet and roast until browned and tender /c,C ,Aeu about 15-20 minutes.
