Byron started working at County Fair in 1985, as a carry out, at the Mitchell store location. He worked at County Fair throughout school, and after graduating from DWU in 1990 he went full-time as an assistant store manager. He moved to Dell Rapids in the spring of 2008, where he started working as store manager. He and his wife, Thelma, have two children and two grandchildren. Byron enjoys camping and sports and is active in the Methodist Church of Dell Rapids. County Fair prides itself in offering quality groceries at competitive prices, with the friendliest service around.
